What is ReinaX?

ReinaX is a private AI department for your company. Each role can run on the best of 33 model providers, and your agents work across 20 messaging channels. It produces real work - documents, presentations, research, code and analysis - not just conversation.

Is this just another ChatGPT wrapper?

No. ChatGPT is a single assistant in one chat, tied to one provider. ReinaX is the organisational layer above the models: persistent agents with memory that work with your files, run automations, delegate to each other through your hierarchy, and connect to channels like WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Teams and email. You choose the intelligence behind each role - GPT, Claude, Gemini, open models or your own self-hosted models.

Can I use ReinaX for my own business?

Absolutely. You can deploy your AI team internally for research, content creation, lead generation, website building, reporting, customer support, admin, and operations. The platform is designed to run your front office and back office simultaneously. You get immense value from it even if you never sell it to a client.

Can I sell this to my clients?

Yes. ReinaX is built for agencies, consultants, and service providers to offer AI workspaces to clients under their own brand. You can package it, set your pricing, and decide how much hands-on support you provide. Your clients experience it as your proprietary AI platform.

Will my clients see ReinaX branding?

No. On client installations, you use your own name, logo, colours, and custom domain. Your clients see and interact with your AI platform, not ours. It's a white-label solution designed to strengthen your brand.

What does a "client installation" mean on the pricing plans?

A client installation is a separate, fully branded workspace for one client, business unit, or project. Each installation has its own users, files, agents, memory, workflows, and connected tools. This keeps all client data and configurations completely separate and secure, within the allowances of your chosen plan.

Do I need technical skills to use it?

No. You can start using ReinaX by describing what you need in plain English. The platform handles all the complex orchestration of agents, files, memory, and workflows behind the scenes. If you are technical, you have more control, but it's not a requirement.

Do I need my own AI subscription?

Only on the Bring Your Own Provider plan, where you connect your own provider keys and pay your AI provider directly at cost, with no markup from us. Every other plan includes models ready to use with no keys to configure - Open Models includes 120+ open-source models, and the Flagship plans add premium models such as Claude and GPT.

Can I use open-source AI models?

Yes. ReinaX connects to 33 model providers, including 120+ open-source models and fully self-hosted routes through Ollama, vLLM and SGLang. That is ideal if you have privacy or data-residency requirements, want to reduce costs at scale, or prefer providers outside the major closed-model options.

Which plan should I start with?

Each plan is designed for a different stage of growth:

• Bring Your Own Provider ($90/mo) gives you the full ReinaX platform while you connect and pay for your preferred AI provider directly.
• Open Models ($230/mo) includes 120+ open-source models and a $58 monthly usage allowance without requiring provider keys.
• Flagship ($400/mo) adds included premium models such as Claude and GPT.
• Flagship + Open ($460/mo) combines premium flagship models with the full open-source catalog.

What happens after I sign up?

Your ReinaX workspace is provisioned in minutes and every plan starts with a 5-day free trial. On plans with included models you can start deploying agents immediately; on Bring Your Own Provider you connect your provider keys first. Depending on your plan, you also get onboarding, priority support, and help with setup.

Do you offer enterprise options?
